I started programming out of curiosity and never stopped doing it outside work. That curiosity now tends to lead me toward AI, systems, and products whose complexity needs to become something clear for the person using them.
At Monest, I work on
MIA, its AI for debt negotiation. Monest reports that MIA has negotiated more than 20 million debts. My work spans agent architecture, evaluation, and the production systems around them.
I built a CI evaluator that reduced false positives in agreement analysis by 5.5×. I also redesigned a tool flow so negotiated values are persisted once and referenced by opaque tokens, keeping them consistent from the conversation through boleto generation.
Before that, I was part of the team that built Pethis from the beginning. I worked across the product as it grew, including WhatsApp and iFood integrations, service scheduling, and the architecture connecting those experiences.
Earlier, at Loomi, I designed and developed AI agents for Brazil’s National Council of Justice, helping reduce manual analysis time by more than 40%.
I also worked on Vivo’s CRM, which connected directly to the company’s customer-service infrastructure in an operation supporting more than 15,000 agents. I designed BFF layers that brought several microservices behind simpler interfaces and improved API response time by around 30%.
The pattern is simple: understand the whole system, remove complexity where it does not earn its place, and keep building until the result works for the customer.
